Model of the regulation of pyroptosis by PITX1 via DUSP4 in PAH. In this model, PITX1 promotes the expression of DUSP4 by binding to SE-DUSP4 and affects pyroptosis in pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells and pulmonary vascular remodeling. PITX1 = Paired-like homeodomain transcription factor 1; DUSP4 = Dual-specificity phosphatase 4; and RNP II = RNA polymerase II
